Lacey Conley, PhD, RTE. CSM

Lacey Conley is the Director of physIQ’s Project Management Office. She began in 2018 as the Scrum Master for the growing Engineering teams, then went on to lead the organization-wide implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), which she and her team continue to manage. Before becoming a Scrum Master, Lacey spent many years as a professor of Early Modern Literature and Culture at Marquette University and at Loyola University Chicago, where she earned her PhD in English. She also holds a BA in English from George Mason University, and an MA in English from University College Cork, Ireland. When not working, Lacey is outside running or playing with her two bulldogs, Hamlet and Robin.
