As VP of Customer Success, Polly is responsible for creating a culture of high customer satisfaction and engagement, ensuring we meet or exceed expectations. In this role, Polly develops and implements policies and procedures for all post-customer acquisition activities, including product deployment and customer onboarding; customer training; customer service and help desk; and inventory management. Polly brings over 20 years’ experience in customer account management and healthcare. Prior to joining physIQ, Polly served as Director of Clinical Educators for Merz Pharmaceuticals, VP of Customer Experience for iSirona/NantHealth and Account Director for the American Hospital Association. Polly holds an MA in instructional systems design (ISD) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and a BA in Spanish from the University of Maryland, College Park.
