As Vice President of Customer Success, Amy is focused on, along with her talented team, driving customer lifetime value by defining the customer journey, deploying programs to help drive business value with customers, supporting their goals, full engagement through product utilization and achieving overall customer satisfaction.

Amy’s passion for being hands on with customers highlights her dedication to ensure everyone is supported from onboarding and training through to long-term partnerships.

Amy has spent +20 years in healthcare, diagnostic sales and pharma, in customer support, project management, marketing and sales roles. Prior to joining physIQ, Amy worked in various capacities at Roche Diagnostics, Agilent Technologies and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Amy has a BA in Biology and Chemistry from Purdue University, along with a Masters Degree from Indiana Wesleyan.
